Players need to attend the registration night (Wed, 15 Feb) and be available for all grading sessions. It is expected that you attend all grading sessions otherwise your selection may be affected.  Grading is from 6.30 – 8.30 pm on 29 February, 7 and 14 March 2012. Please advise if you cannot attend on registration night.

If for some reason that you cannot attend registration night ie away on prac or overseas, please return forms by email before 13 February 2012, otherwise you are expected to attend.

We are looking forward to trials and ask all of you to give the time to your club in line with our aim of “Win Big in 2012”.

We will have several selectors in place across 3 courts waiting to trial you, so please help your club prepare as we want all of our teams set by 14 March 2012.

Qu: What happens at selections?

Selections will commence with a warm-up and stretching, followed by court time. Please note that there will be times when you will be required to sit off court, so please be patient as grading can sometimes be time consuming.

Remember to bring your drink bottle, sunscreen and hat if the weather is hot.

Coaches will be assigned prior to the season commencing. Pre-season training may start with teams in squads until all coach placements are finalised.

Please note: we will endeavour to complete selection after three sessions; however, there may be some movement of players between teams prior to the first playing date.

We ask that all players to please be patient during selection sessions. To ensure selection is as quick and efficient as possible, we really need your cooperation in filling out all forms, communicating your availabilities to the club and paying all required fees. If you have ANY questions, please talk to a committee member!

This aim goes both on and off the court and we will be back asking for a new commitment level from both Players and Officials in 2012.

All players are encouraged to join in pre-season training. The only requirements to participate include your registration form and $50 fee deposit. Those players considering trialing for Division 1-3 are strongly recommended to attend all pre-season sessions.

Our first session is on the courts with personal trainers from Exhilar8 personal training.
